I recommend this hotel to anyone who loves cleanliness and comfort!!! I don't like to write BUT... Starting with Joan at the reception desk—she is a very kind and sweet woman. It feels like she is the owner of this hotel. She quickly checked us in and told us everything we needed to know. The bed is like home. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. There is a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The heating and air conditioning are very quiet. The shower is sparkling clean, the water pressure is excellent, and the towels are clean without any stains. Shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and soap (which lathers well) are all available. There is a TV with numerous channels. The full-length mirror and lighting were also very nice. In general, there is a lot to write about this place. Oh, and there are lots of shops within walking distance. You could say they're nearby. There are no parking problems either, which is very convenient. I was very pleased with the price and comfort. YOU WON'T REGRET IT AND YOU'LL REMEMBER ME FAVORABLY
We were really happy with this charming little place! Cute rooms, attention to detail... our towels were even folded in the shape of an elephant! Staff was super nice. We'll be staying again for sure.
Colonial Inn Seekonk is an older but very well maintained motel. We have stayed here often in the last 2 years. Convenient to shopping with easy access to Interstate 195
5th time visiting. The floors seem to never be mopped and leave your feet dirty. The front staff can seem a little passive aggressive but usually professional. Yes some workers are LOUD sometimes but they're extremely real and friendly. They seem to smoke outside the room, near smoking rooms so idk why reviews complained.. Everything else seems to be cleaned, bed and sheets seem to be cleaned, bathroom is always cleaned, and surfaces wiped down. Its a very nice place, just under 100 with taxes. I always leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and they still leave a bag of fresh towels, soap, and tp hanging on the nob. Fridge, microwave, heat, and AC unit all worked well. If your in the area, definitely try them out. I'll be coming back.
Right where I needed to be for an affordable stay. Walked in,and the room was perfect. Place was quiet, bed firm and comfortable. The shower worked well, and the water was plenty hot.
It is a place that has been there since I remember. Since I have moved away it is my go to. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds clean and accessible to anything you could need within a mile
This is the 5th or 6th time staying here when I come down from Maine to visit my sister. Rooms have always been clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced & close to everything I need.
Very clean with plenty of towels, shampoo/ conditioner and soap. The lady who checked us in (Aug 27th 2025) was lovely. The beds were a little uncomfortable but for the price we paid, I think it was alright. Loved the room as well. I thought it was pretty.
